Our apartment features:

• 1 set of single trundle bed (one bed pulls out from under the other bed –
sleeps 1 per bed, total of 2 guests)
• 1 sofa in the living room, not a sofa bed (1 person)
• Air conditioning in the main bedroom only
• Each unit includes one assigned underground parking space

Important Information:
• To receive check-in instructions and access codes, guests must complete
an online registration prior to arrival at the building, and no later than 10:30
PM.
• This registration requires basic personal information, a selfie, and a photo of
an official ID.
• This information is used for a brief security verification (may take a few
minutes, therefore, we recommend completing it well in advance of
arrival).
• Once the verification is successful, check-in instructions and access codes
are released at 2:00 PM for check-in from 3:00 PM.
• Once your online registration and security verification are successfully
completed, you may check in at any time after 3:00 PM.
However, if you plan to arrive after 1:59 AM, please notify our staff no later
than 10:30 PM so we can issue you a new access code as the original one
will expire if not used at least once before 2:00 AM.
• Parking access is managed through the “Kigo” app – we recommend downloading it before your arrival.

• We provide 100% remote guest support; there is no on-site reception or front desk staff. Communication is exclusively through the Airbnb platform during
the following hours:
o Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
o Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

To ensure a pleasant stay, please consider the following before booking:
• The total number of guests must be specified at the time of booking, as the
number of linens provided is based on the registered occupancy. If
additional guests are added (even if there is no price change), please
update your reservation in Airbnb so we can arrange for extra linens
(subject to the day operation).
• Mid-stay cleaning or linen changes are not included in any reservation.
• For stays of 7 nights or more: An additional cleaning fee of $450 MXN + tax
will be charged for every 7 nights. This service is mandatory. Once paid,
please contact your Host to check availability and schedule the cleaning
(this is not scheduled automatically and needs to be paid before scheduling).
• We welcome pets up to 15 kg, with a fee of $210 MXN per pet per night (maximum 1 pet; pets
must not be left unattended inside the unit).
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests can be made before
10:00 AM on the day of departure (subject to availability and with extra cost)
