For stays longer than 7 days, it is necessary to hire our weekly cleaning fee, with a cost of $400 MXN per week.

A damage deposit is required to enter the accommodation, you can select one of our two options:

1. One-time payment of $160.5 MXN.
2. A retainer of $1,500 MXN which is released at the end of the stay if no damages are committed (the reflection of this amount depends on your banking institution).

We love to welcome your furry companions! To ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable stay, we apply a security deposit of $1,000 MXN when staying with pets under 15 kg. This fully refundable amount will only be used if any damage or mess arises during the stay.
