Our spaces are designed to meet all the needs of the modern digital nomad, so you will find a space fully equipped for your lifestyle.

The project is aimed at new residents who are reoccupying the area and people who enjoy being immersed in urban life and its amenities.

The Moderna neighborhood is surrounded by attractive points of interest thanks to its location in the heart of Guadalajara; you will be able to walk from open green spaces, such as the Agua Azul park, to the vibrant cultural and entertainment offer of the Andador Chapultepec.

For stays longer than 7 days, it is necessary to hire our weekly cleaning service with an additional cost of $350 MXN + VAT per week.

The entrance to the accommodation requires a deposit against damages, you can select one of our two options:

1. One-time payment of $160.50 MXN.
2. A retainer of $1,500 MXN that is released at the end of the stay if no damages are committed (the reflection of this amount depends on your banking institution).

We love to welcome your furry companions! To ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable stay, we apply a security deposit of $1,000 MXN when staying with pets under 15 kg. This fully refundable amount will only be used if any damage or mess arises during the stay.
