Tribu Sonata seeks to transcend as a space that provides the city and its residents with an ideal environment to live in, full of culture and modernity.

Located a few steps from Mexico Avenue, the project is designed to inspire experiences, live with your loved ones, relax and enjoy the city in a calm environment.

The entrance to the accommodation requires a deposit against damages, you can select one of our two options:

1. One-time payment of $160.50 MXN
2. A retainer of $1,500 MXN that is released at the end of the stay if no damages are committed (the reflection of this amount depends on your banking institution).

For stays longer than 7 days, it is necessary to hire our weekly cleaning service at a cost of $300 per week.

Known for its green spaces, tree-lined streets and multiple parks, the Monraz neighborhood is located in one of the most central areas of Guadalajara. Ideal for those looking for a stay in a quiet and safe place, the neighborhood is located a few blocks away from the main roads of the city.

During your stay with us you can enjoy the benefits of its privileged location; discover the gastronomy of Guadalajara through its taquerias or signature restaurants, relax while strolling through its linear parks and traffic circles or feel at ease knowing that you are surrounded by banks, plazas, supermarkets and hospitals. All just a couple of steps away.

We love to welcome your furry companions! To ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable stay, we apply a security deposit of $1,000 MXN when staying with pets under 15 kg. This fully refundable amount will only be used if any damage or mess arises during the stay.
